In a little water add sugar and yeast in a small bowl and set aside to proof for 5 minutes
Add salt to flour and mix salt with flour well
Wait till yeast to Bloom.
Add the Bloomed yeast to the flour and mix with a spatula
Mix well to become a sticky dough . Reserve 1/2 cup flour for later use
Transfer the sticky dough to a greased vessel. Brush oil on top of the dough and cover the bowl with kitchen towel. Wait till it proof
After 2 hours ,the dough as doubled in size.Sprinkle the reserved flour on kitchen counter and dump the dough
Flatten the dough and deflate air in the dough.
Fold the dough two to three times and roll into a rope shape .Reserved flour can be used now
Place the bagutte rope on the prepared parchment wire rack .Let it proof for second time.
when the dough risen doubled in size ,sprinkle some flour on top of the log.Score the dough log with knife to make wedges
